At N&D Products, we strive to provide the highest quality food and clothing products. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our policy carefully regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Exchanges & Refunds

We offer exchanges or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect in the product

  • Wrong item sent compared to the order

Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
    A clear, continuous, and unedited video of the package being opened for the first time is required.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    A valid invoice or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Reporting Window:
    All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Food & Natural Products Disclaimer

Since our food and natural products (spices, coffee, honey, millets, herbal items) are fresh and perishable:

  • We follow a strict No-Return Policy after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective quality

    • Wrong items

    • Expired products

Opened or consumed food products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Clothing Products Disclaimer

Size Issues

Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Color Variance

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting conditions

  • Camera quality

  • Screen or device settings

These minor variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Please contact our customer support immediately for cancellation.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Product Care (Clothing)

To maintain the quality of your clothing products:

  • Wash separately in cold water.

  • Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.

  • Follow care instructions mentioned on the product label.

Damage caused due to improper washing or handling is not covered under our exchange or refund policy.

6. Refund Processing

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

By placing an order with N&D Products, you agree to all the terms mentioned in this policy. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our brand from misuse while ensuring fair resolutions for genuine cases.
