Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

For Food & Natural Products:

​Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We follow a No-Return Policy after delivery.

• Refund/replacement is applicable only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective quality

  • Wrong items

  • Expired products

For Clothing Products:

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Request is made within 5 days of delivery.

• Innerwear and discounted items are not returnable.

Orders can be cancelled only if:

• The order has not been shipped.

• Cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information.

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Take responsibility for all activities under your account.

We are not liable for misuse of your account.
